:Introduction:
It's that time of year again! Time for every nation personification to meet and discuss the international state of things. Economy, politics, natural disasters..war even. The infamous conference room has thrown its doors open once more. Will this be the first successful world meeting? Or will it end in shambles like it did the last time?
:Rules:
☑Please be active at least once every 1-3 days.
☑One line minimum, please. I will be lenient on this since some people have smaller screens, and thus more text can fit on one line. However that doesn't mean you can just type a three word sentence for your post.
☑One of each character, please.
☑You can play as many characters as you can handle.

☒Please do not go off topic OOC.

He likes to say that it's because of his rough childhood that he acts so mean/weird sometimes, but, really, he's always been a little bit crazy, even though the Golden Horde did help him developing most of his current quirks. Fell in and out of love with Tsardom and the Orthodox faith for a few centuries, that's why he's got, well, really kitsch peculiar aesthetic tastes. Likes vodka, sour cream, Alexander Pushkin and ballet. Had a bunch of fun thinking himself the benevolent tank-wielding, nazi-defeating Big Brother of the Proletariat for almost a century, until he got into a Cold War with America which he did not lose, but only chose to end all by himself thank you very much. Right now, he mostly spends his time alternating between missing the USSR and missing the Russian Empire, having tense relationships with the West and quite a bunch of trouble inherited from the post-soviet era of Boris Yeltsin, being, well, Boris Yeltsin. His hobbies include ice hockey, gymnastics, heavy drinking, partitioning Poland and chess.
