I've been role playing for nearly seven months now, and I've done mass amounts of reasearch on my muse (China 'Wang Yao') even a bit more than what is healthy- but I like to put a lot of work into my role playing to make it more challenging for me, and more enjoyable for the others that like accurate history. I'm still trying to improve my writing for lit RPs, but honestly...who isn't? There's always room for improvement!
My description of my muse is a bit long to type out here, so if anyone's interested in bios, or headcanons, just ask me about them and I'll be glad to share! As for ships, I actually don't have too many within the Hetalia Fandom. My main ships would have to me RomeChu (Rome x China), RoChu (Russia x China), and AmeChu (America x China)But please- let us all take a moment to appreciate the angsty wonder of Rome x China okay- moment's over ^^'
I enjoy doing lit RPs for the most part, but script is always fine when I'm having a lazy day! Buddha knows some of us stay up into the hours of the night just to Rp, and I think we all know what happens to paragraph length when it gets to be 2 AM- hehehe- I never do thatI do that every day Anyways, I'm always itching for a nice role play, so if anyone wants to, you have but to ask. As for AUs, I'm honestly not all for them since you'll mostly find free RPs in the chatzy community (which is where I normally RP) so AUs aren't as common, but I'm certainly open to them; it's just explaining them that gets a bit difficult.
Here's an old starter of mine for a Han Dynasty RP I did a while back for a sample: Yao was sitting by his cart of silks during the cold winter’s night. He had wanted to go home many hours ago, but he still hadn’t made enough Yuan to pay for his next few meals. It seemed people had simply lost interest in his silks over the years, but he still had to make a profit somehow, and staying out late in the cold seemed to be the only way to get by. Most of the crowd had left but he’d managed to sell a few more of his silk garments, though as the night grew darker, the cold had begun to nip at his very soul, making him lose all motivation to pack up his things and carry his heavy cart all the way back home. Yao sighed in defeat and sat down on the ground, straw hat covering most of his face; he figured that he could take a short rest for a while, maybe even stay a while longer to sell a bit more if anyone else came by since his own robes were enough to keep him alive in this dreadful weather, but still uncomfortably frozen. Soon enough he could see someone approaching in the distance, but he wasn’t sure if it was a customer or not, though he figured he’d rise to his feet again to greet the stranger just in case they were one of the Romans. The last thing he needed was trouble with them. As soon as the figure came closer he fell into a low bow before murmuring, “Emercor sericum?” (Buy silk?) he asked in terribly accented Latin, in hopes he could make a trade with the man.
((Perhaps not my best work, but I do better with other topics like-insane asylum RPs. I can really get into some 'interesting' writing from there.
So, I hope to role play with anyone that would be interested, so just give me a hollar!
